Currently based in Singapore, I was most recently the Program Director for Moody’s for Startups at Moody’s Analytics, where I worked with Environment-Social-Governance (ESG) and Sustainability startups to accelerate globally. Sadly the program was eliminated as part of a company restructuring.

I am a seasoned strategic management professional with international consulting and strategic planning and management experience spanning Canada, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, Central & Eastern Europe. After launching an impact-led startup (social enterprise) called Gift-It-Forward in Singapore, I immersed myself into the world of startups, accelerators programs, and corporate innovation programs. In addition, I was the Program Director, Southeast Asia, for the German Accelerator, and worked with over 50 startups across industry sectors and maturity stages. I thrive in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of startups, and am at ease helping organizations or business units to determine ideal market segments, product-market fit, and customer value propositions. Prior to that, I led the Regional Go-to-Market Strategy team for Motorola’s mobile devices division, covering JAPAC, CEE & MEA. Previously, I was a management consultant with Deloitte, helping both local and multinational consumer goods organizations to drive growth opportunities, streamline operations, and conduct market and industry analysis across South-East Asia.
